Hello everyone just wanted to take a moment to
update everyone on our situation at The Birch.
Our lease has expired at 931 but we are staying on Elm St! We will be moving just across the street to 968 Elm (formally Noodz).
This larger space will allow us to accept the larger private parties and catering opportunities we have had to turn down due to lack of room. The larger kitchen will also allow our kitchen and bar teams to push our food and cocktail programs forward and take away certain limitations we had in the old space. We will be doing renovations to make sure we recapture the Birch feel and atmosphere everyone has come to love.
We are hoping to get through this process in the next month or two and look forward to hosting you all in our new home! Stay tuned for updates / reopening date and as always thank you for all of the love and support🙏

The Birch on Elm is located in Manchester, NH we specialize in locally sourced globally inspired tapas and cocktails. As a company we are very proud to push everyone in the area slightly out of their comfort zone, to try new things and have an open mind to a different dining experience then they are accustomed to in a saturated industry.
What sets us apart the most is that our mentality towards the experience we cultivate for the customer is fine dining but the delivery and setting are casual, loose, and fun.
What we mean by that is our attention to detail for every dish, cocktail, and overall service is backed by our pursuit of perfection for what we do, but you won’t find any white tablecloths, stiff waitstaff, and soft jazz in the background. Instead, we have all different kinds of music with a loose personable staff surrounded by aged brick and handmade wooden tables and bar top.
